Your site goes live
Approved by you, then published on your domain.
The 7 days start once we have your content. If the menu or photos take longer to pull together, launch moves with them.
Day 1
What we need from you.
Four things, on one short form. If something isn’t ready, send what you have and we’ll start there.

Name, address, phone, and the way you describe what you do.

Each day, including the ones you’re closed.

Menu or services
A photo of the printed menu works. That’s how Lil Thai Express’s menu got online.

Photos
Your food, your chair, your shop, your work. Phone photos are fine.
Day 7 and after
What you keep.
The site is yours, and so is the address it lives at.

The first year is included, and your domain stays yours.

Your own copy
At handoff you get your own copy of the site, not a login to a platform.

Your listing
On Growth and Full Service, your Google Business Profile is updated and complete.
After launch
What happens next depends on the plan.
Starter
Your first year of hosting and domain is included. From year two, Site Care keeps the site live and the domain renewed for $99 a year.
Growth
Everything in Starter, plus 90 days of priority support after launch.
Full Service
We keep it going every month: 8 social posts written and scheduled, new Google reviews checked weekly, a monthly report on visits, calls and directions, and photos refreshed every quarter. Site Care is covered.
Can I see it before it goes live?
Yes. On day 3 we send a live preview link. It’s published on your domain only after you approve it.
Do I need to buy a domain first?
No. The first year of hosting and your domain are included in Starter and Growth, and covered on Full Service.
